How can I get less texture??

Hi guys. Im really new to this type of work and im trying to paint my first vehicle, but I cant seem to get better results. Is there any way to get less texture or orange peel? (I would prefer not to have to wet sand and polish the whole vehicle after i paint). Im spraying with a 1.3 hvlp for both basecoat and clear. I also have a lvlp but get almost identical results. Also ive tried different psi for both, this paint was shot at 20-30 psi at around 18ºC. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions or videos to watch, im not sure if its the basecoat or the clear that gets the texture(or both lol). Thanks
