I'm looking for a long-term assistant to help with fulfillment for my web design and Google Ads agency.

We work primarily with automotive businesses across North America, building WordPress websites and managing Google Ads campaigns.

I'm not looking for an SEO expert or Google Ads strategist. We already have SOPs, templates, checklists, and AI tools. I'm looking for someone who can follow systems, pay attention to detail, and consistently produce high-quality work.

What you'll be doing

• Updating WordPress websites
• Swapping text, icons and images on landing pages
• Checking forms, buttons, links, and mobile layouts
• Publishing AI-assisted content
• Following simple SEO checklists
• Organizing website images and content
• Assisting with other website and marketing tasks as needed
• Setting up google ad campaigns based on SOPs & checklists

What I'm looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English (this is very important!)
• WordPress experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Able to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
• Available at least 20–30 hours per week

SEO or Google Ads experience is a bonus, but definitely not required.

Pay: $10–18 USD/hour depending on experience and quality of work.
