I returned to Apex late last season after years of not playing and the more I play, the less this curve makes any sense.

I wouldn’t say I’m an absolute bot, but I (peak diamond 4, years ago) am 100% nowhere near what would supposedly be the top of the skill distribution. And even when I have bad game after bad game, I don’t budge at all on this curve. It’s the same at peak hours or dead hours so it’s not like it’s an issue of me playing at a bad time.

I can’t play Unranked because every lobby is just filled with Masters and Preds, so I have to resort to Ranked just to get slightly more balanced lobbies. Am I just perma stuck on these lobbies so that I can be farmed by much better players?
