Broken Trust in Google’s Antigravity Project
They convinced us to use Antigravity, even when Claude Code proved to be much better. Still, we believed, because we had a model that worked for us. I even understand that the bubble burst, that subsidies are no longer happening, and that the model they created is unsustainable. But all of this was created by them, and they led us to believe in it. The right thing would have been to come forward publicly and explain that the model they are running cannot be sustained, that it is impossible to continue, and give us time to reorganize. With the new flow, the companies we work with now demand this from us. But instead, they acted deceitfully, created an event saying something good would be added, and it was all a lie. They changed everything and left all users with nothing to do. This is regrettable coming from a company like Google.
