I want to reach out so bad. It’s actually pathetic how much I love and miss him right now because it hasn’t even been 48 hours yet since we stopped talking. I understand why we stopped but I feel so depressed and lonely.

He said if I’m still not feeling good about it in a week then I can message him and have a quick chat but I just want to do it now. I’m trying to be better for my own mental health but I don’t know what to do to get over these feelings and this intense loneliness.
