Good morning,

This is my first time in this sub and I would like to start a new project related to altering some old frame foil cards. I want to use Lieutenant Kirtar from Dominaria Remastered extras and paint Adeline, resplendent Cathar on top of it.
Is that possible? What kind of paint do I need? If there's a guide on how to paint onto foil cards that would be very nice.

I also thought I could print the Adeline design on foil sticker paper and put it onto the foil card so I don't need to paint. Is that possible?
