Basically my glutes were weak or piriformis got inflammed on my left leg because I overused the stair master, which caused painful contractions in the glute area and discomfort every night that wakes me up.

The pain became unbearable and I ended up going to a PT and they did some moves with my leg that was very intense in order to “move the Sciatic nerve”. My hip/piriformis muscle also was “cracked/popped”. A good amount of the pain/discomfort went away but still woke up with this dull ache discomfort. Is this a sign the leg/nerve is healing?

I have Piriformis Syndrome in my left glute and when i try to sleep on my back, i wake up in the middle of the night with painful spasms. When I try to sleep on my non painful side with a pillow the hip area is painful. Will this heal? I’ve been doing ancupuntuture, Chiropractor etc. Its been going on for about 5 weeks now. When I walk and stand up, there is no pain, but the sleeping part really hurts. Please lmk your suggestions, thanks!

Hello, i got my upper molar tooth extracted but did not do bone graft. I still have stitches to stop the bleeding. I want to do a bone graft in 2 days and i already set up an appointment, is it possible the bone graft can be done 2 days after extraction or how is the process in your process for cases like mine? Thank you!
