Bathroom Harassment

I am an unloader and a few weeks ago I had to use the restroom badly and I stepped out of my truck looked around and saw no one then went to the bathroom. They just recently moved my part time supervisor so I didn't even really know who I am supposed to. I went to the nearest bathroom and it was occupied and I could not wait so I walked to the next closest one...the facility is huge so they walk alone cost me a lot of time. By the time I got back I was met by a very hostile supervisor who never even introduced himself to me before this interaction who screamed and cussed at me for being gone for so long and didn't believe I was using the bathroom and asked me the same question 20 times about where I was more and more aggressively each time. Finally I had enough of being cussed at and walked out. I returned to work of course getting yelled at again and at the time it was said that the problem was because I didn't tell anyone(even though I didn't see anyone around or know who to tell) but now every single time I go to the restroom even when I tell them I am threatened with a write up when I return. At one point my full time brung a union steward over to have a "documented conversation" with me because I went to the bathroom and straight up told me that I can't use the bathroom when I'm not on a break without getting an ADA accomodation while the Union steward just went along. Yesterday I went to the bathroom and when I returned they told me they were going to write me up but instead they were just going to count it as my break and I wouldn't get my break. It's literally every time I go to the bathroom regardless how long I'm gone even if it's a quick trip. I took a write up already for leaving but I don't think it's right to have to feel anxious every time I feel like I need to use the restroom because I might get a write up. Union reps seem to be doing nothing about this but I will be filing grievances.. but at this point it seems I'm going to be forced out of my job before I even really have a chance to fight it.

Anyone dealt with a situation like this and knows what I should do? I'm trying to wait this job out for a chance at being a driver but I don't know how long I can keep being treated this way.
