I run The Betting Daily, a daily sports/data newsletter with nearly 12K readers, around a 50% open rate, and a growing group of paid premium subscribers.

I’ve been reaching out to AI, tech, and other male-focused brands that seem like a great fit for our audience, but I haven’t gotten a single response.

Beehiiv Ads have been okay at best, so I’m looking to work directly with brands.

For those who’ve done this successfully, what worked for you? Cold email, agencies, marketplaces?

Tomorrow I'm launching a complete redesign and plan to focus heavily on social media growth.

Right now, my only real monetization is Beehiiv premium subscriptions for additional data and tools. I haven't explored ads or sponsorships much.

I'm still very new to this and beehiiv too. What would you do?
