Submission of Unaudited FS (BIR vs SEC)
Hi! I am currently finalizing our FS for 2025. Medyo confused lang regarding the recent ruling of SEC wherein the SMR must be notarized if unaudited. Will this apply to BIR as well or SEC lang?
