SV08 QGL drives me insane: Works like a dream for weeks, then randomly goes completely nuts
I need to vent, but I also desperately need help before I throw this machine out the window.
Without touching or changing a single setting, my Sovol SV08 goes from being an absolute masterpiece to absolute trash overnight.
Here is what happens:
Out of nowhere, it randomly fails Quad Gantry Leveling (QGL).
The gantry gets completely thrown off, wildly unlevel, and the toolhead loses its mind trying to figure out where it is.
I manually level all 4 corners to ~1mm off the bed to reset it. Try again... fails again.
I repeat this endless manual-alignment ritual a bunch of times, failing repeatedly, until suddenly—for no apparent reason—it just decides to work.
Once it works, I can print flawlessly for 1 or 2 weeks straight with zero issues. Then, out of the blue, the nightmare starts all over again.
Print have Mainline Klipper and Zero Toolhead.
Has anyone dealt with this kind of random, intermittent QGL failure on the SV08? If you have any tips on how to prevent or fix this issue permanently, I would hugely appreciate it. I'm losing my mind here!
