I subscribed to month 1 at 89 for altrx and suddenly they charged me twice on month 2. support said one was the standard rate and the other was a processing fee. never saw that fee when i signed up.

has anyone else faced this. looking to switch somewhere with flat fees and no hidden charges. also need a provider that has NAD+
