Hello everyone,

I’m a junior PMO planner here, and I’ll soon be starting a role on a major multi-million-pound project. I’ll be joining a five-person PMO team and will have to manage schedules with 1,500 lines. I don’t have any pure technical knowledge, but I’m curious and committed, and I’ll also be receiving training and support. From what I’ve been told, the workload will be substantial, which I must admit is stressing me out a bit.

What advice can you give me to help me prepare for this assignment ? What advice du you have for my first use of P6 ?
