A closer look at my new main ship, an upgraded version of the first Stella Mae. It's a five crew ship, heavily modded with: Mattell, Intrinity, Antares, Falkland and a bit of ASC Taiyo. Not 100% happy with the wings but I couldn't find better ones.
Some time ago, I introduced the Arianus - the ship I built in honor of my late bird. However, I was never truly satisfied with it. The design felt too blocky, and it lacked a cohesive design concept. The interior didn't feel like home, either. So, I gave the ship a massive overhaul.
Essentially, only the top section and the stern remain. I used the latter as the guiding theme for the rest of the design—incorporating organic lines so that the whole vessel now looks much more like a seamless creation which keeps the flat profile. Also it's under 30m, so I can use the Mantis hangar from the Tracker's Alliance Creation.
Inspired by Goin__Grizzly2 Starlifter post, I plan to share a video tour of the interior soon. For now, here is the ship itself.
Recently lost one of our budgie flock, and while many won't understand, I lost a genuine friend. I tried designing a few ships to honor him, but I'm only now reaching a design worthy of his memory. Here is Arianus—a very special bird, now exploring the cosmos with me.
Been upgrading my recent design because I wasn't happy at all. Now I'm much closer to what I imagined.
It started as a project for the single engine ship but then ... well. As always both ASC's, Intrinity and Falkland.
"... You will be alone with the gods, and the nights will flame with fire. You will ride life straight to perfect laughter. It's the only good fight there is."
My second favorite ship. As always ASC, intrinity, falklands and a bit of vanilla parts.
It's my main ship. The interior is mostly falklands, parts are matilija's, ASC and intrinity.
