Old 3ds smash bros problem
So, i bought an old 3ds from japan a few months ago and with the help of a friend i modded it. However, in the past few weeks, there have been some problems when i open super smash bros. Like, if i take a bit too much to press a button in the starting screen so that it takes me to the game menu, both screens turn black and the backlight turns off but the green "3d" led is on, as is the blue led that shows that the device is open. The same thing happens when i have the game running and i close the lid (upper screen idk what to call it) and then i open it back up. The solution i have found is turning the device off by holding down the power button and then power it up again. What could be the reason for that problem and is there any way to fix it? Does it have anything to do with the fact that my device is modded or is it an issue of some other nature?
