Its late I cant sleep and Im so tempted I dont think im gonna a make it. Are their any tips you guys have because I keep trying to justify letting go just for tonight even though I know ill feel horrible.

Im struggling so hard to get to a week it seems like such a short time to go without porn when I think about how hard ive tried to get to a full week.

Any tips would be appreciated im really struggling.
