Bar/restaurant owners and managers that are doing a lot of liquor and martinis, bourbons, ect how do you have your drink menu set up for ordering?

For some reason, it’s been driving me nuts I get it down and I feel like there’s a better way to do it. I need some examples of how your menus are set up
