Should I install PKGJ via my PC or VitaDeploy? A lot of people I see use github/pc but it's also in VitaDeploy. Does it matter which one I install?

I've verified my account a while ago and generated a lot of responses too, but never got the limit pop up. Neither for the go-ons. So, is it only for unverified users?
