I'm tired of the fact that in Windows 10, when changing the balance, both sliders constantly move. I'm tired of spending hours searching for a solution to this problem. I remember finding somewhere some cmd command to fix this, but now I can’t find it anywhere. in general, do you know any program with which I can normally change the balance, bypassing the built-in system in windows.
