Hi!I am not very good at diagnosing consoles,but I wanted to ask you guys if this ps2 is fixable without replacing the laser?I bought it for less than 10$ at a garage sale and made a FMCB card for it,it can run games off of usb just fine.I have two questions:

-Are there any other things I can do or check before assuming the laser's gone?

-Is getting an expansion bay with a HDD expensive?
