Here’s some of my favorite listened albums. What do these say about me? Any similar recommendations?

Here’s some clarification on each of the albums:

  • Emoji Antique (Scott Bradley’s Post Modern Jukebox): they make covers of songs of the 2000s-2010s in various “vintage” styles. I have picked this album in particular because of the covers of Creep, and Gangster’s Paradise, though I enjoy a lot of their other covers.
  • Matia Bazar, Best Of: while not really an album, I often only listen to Matia Bazar’s greatest hits, as I‘ve known them since I was little, and I always enjoyed their music
  • Sulla Mia Pelle, Noemi: I love her Pop soul/blues style, especially the song Briciole
  • Fight Songs, the album containing the music of Team Fortress 2
  • Amnesiac, OK Computer, The Bends, A Moon Shaped Pool: I love all of Radiohead, but these albums in particular are the ones I like most. With the others, I only like a select number of songs
  • Piss in the Wind, Nectar, Smithereens (Joji): I particularly enjoy his “smoother” beats, as well as the ballads which I find very deep and emotional.
  • What’s That Sound? (Haley Reinhart): I am a big fan of Haley, and I was surprised how much I liked the covers in this album (most of which are taken from songs of the 60s)
  • Backwards Compatible (The 8-bit big band): this group is notorious for their covers of videogame music in big band jazz style. I chose this album for no particular reason, as my favorite covers are the Portal and FNAF ones (Still Alive, Want You Gone, It’s Been So Long, Five Nights at Freddy’s)
  • Wiped Out! (The Neighbourhood): Dunno what to say about them, as I’ve only recently discovered them, but I like their overall vibe
  • Rob Roy (Beatpella House): While this is a single, I included it since it’s my favorite out of this group of Korean beatboxers
  • Fata anca questa (Los Massadores): this local Venetian group is basically unknown, but their quirk is that they almost exclusively have lyrics in the Venetian language. Their music is often made to be silly (there’s a song dedicated to invoices), but I feel like their instrumentals are genuinely well executed.

It’s literally the tallest building in miles. Something about this super tall building (over 100 meters tall) being put in such a random place is very interesting to say the least
