These charecters are not just insane but to the point of being comedic.

Thanquol: the most skaven to ever skaven. He is selfish and bonkers. Constantly paranoid and is a greyseer. From his pov things go off the walls. He says some crazy shit and does it.

Luther harkon: vampire pirate who has Dissociative personality disorder. He constantly likes to loot from the skinks and lizardman with his undead army. Basically insane ciaphus Caine who is a necromancer and is insane.

Jason Brody: this is less comedic but I'll allow it. Basically during the gameplay we see his slop into madness.

Drukhari does what judge holden does but on a faction scale. They capture slaves to torment them and they enjoy it. They r*pe, they maim, they flay just to satiate their sadistic pleasures and this happens for years. They will torture their slaves for years and turn them into objects and they're still alive. Hell, even if you do k*ll yourself, certain drukhari's are able to revive you. Even in death they could still torment you.

Another thing I have to say: many people are thinking that they are FORCED to do this by slaanesh but the reason they do this stuff is only 1/5 of the reason why they torture, the other 4/5 is because they find it fun.
