Should I change cup?

Hi!

I've been using the same mestrual cup for a few years now but recently I started having leaks. I dont think im placing it incorrectly, until recently it did not give me any problems. For example, there are times where I remove the cup and it barely has anything in it, and my period is everywhere...

I started using this cup while I was a teenager (I don't remember when exaxtly) and I'm now 21, I lost weight through time and I also gained muscles. Could it be that my anatomy requires a different cup now?

I cant tell you exactly what im using now, cause I dont remember... I just know it is a medium size and it doesn't feel very soft nor. Very hard, it's a very standard cup lol.

I'm open to any suggestions and stuff, thanks!

Modern day flip phones?

hi everyone

I stumbled on this sub while looking for a sub to complain about having to choose a new phone, I feel like this was fate.

Anyways, I now have a Samsung A52 5G that's living it's last days and I'm looking for a new phone to get. It's my first time buying a new phone in 5 years (i guess?) and I honestly dont know where to start. I'm certainly going to buy refurbished.

My priorities are: A LOT of gb (minimum 256gb pls), a good camera and practicality (my hands are small and my pockets are usually absent; tho I have to restrain from *that* urge for an always bigger screen). MAX: 500eur, I saw that refurbished phone are often half of the original price or 2/3 of it.

Because of all these previous points (and ngl because I probably got influenced) I would really want to get a modern day flip phone. As of now my options are: (random order)

  1. Samsung Z flip 6
  2. Samsung Z flip 7 (if I get to find it within my budget)
  3. Xiaomi mix flip (I've seen the specs and it honestly seems way better than all the others, both for price/quality and for quality itself; BUT I've never had a xiaomi and that irrationally stops me)

note: none of the above has a truly good camera, and that somewhat troubles me ngl.

2nd note: I read that the flip 8 should come out by the end of july (and that would lower the cost of the previous flips) but I dont really think I'm able to wait that long (my current phone is really seeing it's last rays of sunshine)

I was also considering a non-flip phone but with really good specs, at the same time tho I feel like that makes the possiblities WAYYYY too endless (in a very indecisive way), so I wouldnt know AT ALL what to go for.

I'm (of course) open for further suggestions (otherwise I wouldnt be here).

Thank you!!!!!
