Networking Screwup - Need Advice
I have a networking call scheduled in the coming week with an MD at a bank. He asked me to send a diary/calendar invite for a call today, but I’m a bit stuck on what to do.
The issue is that I may have accidentally sent 4+ invites for the same call. This happened because of a Zoom-Google Calendar syncing issue that caused some events to be deleted and resent. I can’t verify which of those invites actually went through, since Google Calendar doesn’t show invites sent out.
So it’s possible he’s received multiple duplicates of the same invite or none at all if they didn’t properly send.
I’m not sure whether I should send a clarification email to confirm what he’s received and send a clean single invite, or just wait and see if he responds and hopefully not add any more emails to that initial barrage.
