Hi everyone, making this as a follow up from my last post, decided to go for my first ever run and really push myself, was running in a cheap pair of Adidas trainers and they’ve battered my feet so may have to get some running shoes, hoping I’ve done pretty okay for a beginner
Hi everyone, I've just started to get into running, bought myself a pair of running shorts yesterday and signed up on Strava, I just wanted to ask whether any of you have any advice, any kit to get or any kit to avoid, and any beginner goals I should strive for.
