Mouse feels slow in CS2 and even on desktop (no matter what mouse/PC I use)

My usual CS2 sensitivity is 2.30. After I broke my mouse in 2024, everything suddenly started feeling extremely slow in CS2 — and even on my desktop.

Since then, I’ve had to raise my CS2 sensitivity all the way to 7.30 and max out Windows pointer speed just for things to feel “normal” again. I’ve also tried 3 different new mice and upgraded my PC, but the issue still hasn’t gone away.

Even at 7.30 in CS2 with 1900 DPI, it still doesn’t feel fast or responsive.

Has anyone experienced something like this or know what could be causing it?
