I've been on vacation for a couple of days. After coming back one of my amanos has this red/pink sploch. It looks a bit fuzzy to me. What could this be? I've done some research but I haven't found a clear answer.

As the title says, I'm starting to build my first astra militarum models, just cadians for now. Thing is, I like Krieg too but I don't want to invest on a full parallel Krieg army, at least for now. If I wanted to field a couple of Krieg units like a basic squad and some engineers, do I also need a Krieg command squad to give them orders or can my other officers do it? If they can't, how big of a deal/dumb is it to have some kriegers that can't receive orders?
