New Guard display shelf background

Just the simple addition of a background print makes the whole display look much cooler I think.

[11th] do you think Plasma weapon will be still worth for infantery?

I mean, [hazardous] will trigger with 1-2 but made just 1 mortal wound, thats better for tanks and characters wit more than 1 wound, but for guys with 1 wound is strictly worse use it

So, do you think about that?

Kasarkin weapon options

Been wondering about my choices for weapons on my kasarkin. I want to do plasma, but for my other options should I choose hotshot volley guns or grenade launchers? Any thoughts, tips or opinions?

Wargames Atlantic's The Damned are (finally) releasing next Friday! Traitor Guard incoming!

Been waiting for these to hit release since the crowdfunding started in 2023. So excited to finally get my hand on these. I've always wanted a traitor guard army, now the only question is Blood Pact or Zoica?

My newest minis Vs my oldest

Two command squads. One I painted this week and one I painted almost a year ago! A lot better but still room for improvement

Centaur RSV

Finished my Centaur for my 501st and I'm certain I need one or two more xD

The blue haired Lady is the Driver, talking to the three Guardsmen about Orders and where to drive, while the Sergeant is lurking over the Vehicle and the Corporal is enjoying a Smoke.

Since I'm a Halo Fan since youth, one of the Crew needs to sit on the Rogal Dorn like a Marine on a Scorpion Tank. I wanted to put as many guardsmen as possible in there so they got the gunner from Dorn Tank, a Mechanic from the cadian Upgrade sprue and one Dude from Spacenam.

Please let me know what you think :)

Major Hildegyth Beran of the 5th Pioneers “Poor Frakkers”

Lately I’ve been kitbashing and painting a model for a friend of mine. Their guard regiment is the Grannoc pioneers, a very rag tag group on a dusty rock of a planet relying on tamed beasts of war to support their lack of supplies. When my friend showed me their paint scheme I really wanted to paint a Grannoc myself and it ended up evolving into a full officer. Was very fun!

Now that the model has been shipped and they’ve received it for their army I’m happy to show it off.

The old vs. new ver.2

So the old vs. new Yarrick post I did a few days ago was pretty split down the middle. Now I wonder if the enginseer would get a similar response or if you guys vastly prefer the old metal model vs the new plastic model.

Personally, I prefer the pose of the old metal model, but for some reason, the plastic model looks sharper and crisper, which isn’t usually the case.

What do you guys think?
