Fetterman
What the hell. I watched John Fetterman on Real Time with Bill Maher last night (5/8) and genuinely struggled to follow what he was trying to say. Look, the guy had a stroke. He’s also openly talked about serious mental health challenges after getting elected. Nobody’s mocking that. But at a certain point, voters are allowed to acknowledge what they’re seeing with their own eyes.
His doctors said there were no cognitive issues. Fine. Maybe clinically that’s true. But communication matters in politics. If someone is constantly losing the thread mid-answer or struggling to articulate coherent thoughts in an interview, people are going to question whether he’s fully capable of handling the job. That’s not cruelty. That’s reality in 2026.
