My Experience with Lenovo Legion & Customer Support
I recently purchased a Lenovo Legion laptop for over $2,000 and unfortunately the ethernet port is completely non-functional straight out of the box.
When I contacted Lenovo support, I explained that the AI assistant on WhatsApp was unhelpful and kept sending me irrelevant links. Instead of addressing my concern, the support agent (Irine) responded by directing me to yet another AI chatbot and then ended the chat without allowing me to finish explaining my issue.
For a premium product at this price point, both the hardware quality and customer service experience have been deeply disappointing. A $2,000+ laptop should not have a broken ethernet port, and customers deserve to be heard rather than dismissed.
I'll be reconsidering Lenovo as a brand going forward. I hope Lenovo takes customer feedback seriously and improves both their quality control and support experience.
