Question about Insurance Credentialing

I have been using an insurance platform to take insurance, but I'm thinking of credentialing with a few of them myself. What has your experience been? Do you tend to make more money this way? Also, if we are in-network with an insurance, are we ALLOWED to charge the difference between our Private Pay Fee and the reimbursement, OR by credentialing, are we agreeing to only charge the patient's co-pay as it reads on their insurance card?

Squirmy during sessions

I have been practicing for about 7 years. A career changer, therapist was my first "sitting job". All my others, in retail and then education, have involved being on my feet. I started running about 1.5 yrs into being a therapist and that helped a little, but now, im finding myself so squirmy! Always shifting in my chair, I wrap my legs together and squeeze so I don't look too crazy in front of the patients. I run 3 days a week, yoga 2 days. I still love this work, helping people and it's intellectually stimulating .Does anyone else experience this? What have you found helpful? there any clinically focused jobs that involve more moving around?

My PCP said "unnatural" to not want kids

I got told this yesterday. Kinda irritating. She's a nice lady and gives good care, otherwise, so I didn't really say anything. but I was a bit shocked by her reaction when she asked during check-up yesterday, and I said I wasn't planning on kids. I'm a 37F. Is this still the attitude in medical profession? For reference, I live in a giant, northeast, liberal, metropolis. It's not like I'm in rural south or something....
