Hello im 21y and recently for a period of a week or two i had numbness in my balls i cant remember after what event it started but i could remember that it started with my right ball first then a few days later i felt a slight pain in my left as well its direction was a little bit behind the ball and then a similar numbness to the right ball but i can still feel it more than the right one mind you i have a habit of spending at least an hour on the toilet so could this be testicular torsion or cancer or nerve damage im really stressed out by this so any help will be appreciated
