Cant update cs2, "no internet connection" while i have it

I tried updating cs2 after the recent update, however, it just doesnt work with an error of no internet connection. I tried things to fix it, doesnt work.

Any help?

upd: I just decided to reinstall cause nothung was working. AND I MEAN NOTHING
