Any settings I can change so when I get a high blood sugar it doesn't stop my music constantly?

Had an opportunity come up and now might have to relocate pretty soon. Has anyone done this change over as an apprentice or heard of apprentices doing this? Do they get to keep their step or try to place back into that step? What is this change over process?
