“BC – Looking for guidance from owners/operators of residential care facilities/group homes for disabilities & progressive illnesses”
I live in Northern British Columbia and working as a support worker for past 4 years and I am looking forward to starting my own residential care facility for people with disabilities and progressive illnesses in British Columbia. However, I am looking for guidance and advice from someone who is already working in this field or owns and operates a community care facility. If there is someone who could help me with guidance, it would be a great help.
