Help Needed
I am trying to get into running and can currently run a 5km in 23 minutes however I find that I struggle with hot spots/blisters in a long thin shape on the inside of my right foot only, underneath the ball of my foot. I also find that the outside edge of my right foot becomes painful after a run, why might this be happening? My left foot is fine.
I know that I do supernate, more with my right than my left I think, and I want to know if there are any recommendations for shoes, socks, or anything else from equipment to technique that might help me. I’d really like to run more often and work up to longer distances but I think at the moment anything close to 10km would put me out of action for a week!
