Weird pc crashes / freezes / doesnt recognize input
Hey,
my pc freezes weird over the last few months. It has two, pretty similar ways of freezing but I dont see a pattern when which of the two are happening or why.
- My pc just doesnt recognize any input and is not giving me output (except screen). I cant move my cursor with my mouse, cant type anything with my keyboard or get keybinds to work like Alt + F4 oder Cntrl + Alt + Del. My microphone and my headset is also not working anymore. If im in a call like discord, then nobody can here me and i cant speak. So it just looks like a tipical freeze (no input, no output) but my screen is working fine. If im in a talk, i can see my friends talking or if im watching a video i can see the loading circle moving. If i get this one, i always just kill my pc with holding down the power button or just pressing it once (depending on how urgent i need to get back online) to getting it to shutdown.
- Is pretty similar to the first way it freezes but with fewer restrictions. My headset is still not working, i cant hear anything. But i can speak and my friends hear me, also my mouse is working and my keyboard too. Sometimes i dont even notice that one for a few seconds, because everything is working normally except youtube videos, which are getting stuck in an infite loading loop (this happens in crash 1 too), and my headset. I usually fix it with just restarting.
I noticed on the second freeze type, that if i am pressing restart, and my PC gives me this message: "This program is preventing shutdown" and i press cancel to cancel the restart, everything snaps back too normal. I think, that my freezes are maybe caused by some kind of program error, which gets fixed by forcefully shutting it down with restart, but i dont know which one it might be or how i can figure out where the problem might come from.
I use Windows 11, if this helps.
Thanks alot in advance
