Need feedback on pc for a friend

Hi. I made a post about needing some advice on building a pc for a friend and improved some things. He mostly plays open world 3d games like Wuwa, and sometimes some old AAA games like rdr2, Elden ring, cp 2077 etc on 1080p high refresh. So I need advice for the specs and performance itself, and if these specs are good enough for those games in generally high settings (not ultra/max)
The target budget is around $530 and max is $600
The specs are
ryzen 5 5600 - $115
RTX 2070 - $130 (this can’t be changed cuz he already got it)
b450m - $46 / b550m - $59
ddr4 8gb x 2 3200mhz - $86
Nvme SSD 512gb - $100
reliable 700w Psu - $33
a Darkflash case - $39

Building a pc for a friend and need advice

Hi. I‘m building a pc for a friend who mostly plays open world 3d games like Wuwa, and sometimes some old AAA games like rdr2, Elden ring, cp 2077 etc. He plays on 1080p high refresh. So I need advice for the specs and performance itself and balance like ram timings and stuff (I heard that Ryzen 5 3600 favors 3200mhz ram?) and if these specs are good enough for those games in generally high settings (not ultra/max)

The target budget is around $530 and max is $600

The specs are

ryzen 5 3600 - $58 / Ryzen 7 2600x - $37 (any other cpu rec?)

RTX 2070 - $130 (this can’t be changed cuz he already got it)

b450m - $46 / b550m - $59

DDR4 2666mhz 8gb x2 - $74 / 3200mhz - $86

Nvme SSD 1tb - $169

reliable 700w Psu - $33

a Darkflash case - $39
