Looking for a handyman?

I just bought a condo and getting overwhelmed with all of the things so can anyone recommend an affordable and reputable handyman in the dutchess county area of the hudson valley?

Tasks would be
-painting 2 bathrooms (one full and one half, about 150 sq ft combined)
-fixing 5 doors that don’t seem to shut smoothly because they are not aligned
- caulk or seal baseboards in the entire unit (and any other large cracks and gaps)
-fix outdoor light (seems to be a wiring issue, already tried changing the bulb)
-install a sliding screen door for an already existing sliding glass door

Not allowed to have washer and dryer in condo, but previous owner installed it before my purchase. What should I do?

I just closed on my condo in NYS on May 14th. When i bought the condo, i was given the rules and regulations by the property management and my lawyer, it was dated around 2020 and stated that units on this property were permitted to have washers and dryers, but had strict guidelines about dryer vent cleanings and hookup inspections saying that they needed to be maintained by the unit owners, totally fine. Come to find out since the time that document was created, the property management has prohibited washers and dryers in the units and the previous owner installed them anyway before selling me the condo. I was never given an updated copy of rules and regulations stating any changes to the rules. I have no idea now how to clean the dryer vent since i have no idea where it’s even venting to and i can’t reach out to HOA because then i’m scared i will be fined or worse. The previous owner violated the rules knowingly before selling the property and the HOA did not properly inspect anything before allowing the previous owner to sell because if they had, they would’ve seen the washer and dryer and rectified the issue. The home inspector i hired even failed to realize there is no external vent for the dryer hose. The dryer vent just goes directly into the floor, i’m terrified that it is simply just venting into the basement and that if further issues arise it will be my fault. I feel like so many parties here failed me since i’m a young mom and not experienced in homebuying. If HOA found out about it, could i be liable for this issue? I’m trying to figure out a venting situation at least so that i know there are no mold/fire risks but other than that, can they force me to take the washer and dryer out since they failed to inform me of this change?
