Pretty sure it’s a cockroach but I don’t know what kind. Found it in the kitchen floating in a glass of water on the counter.

ID help?

This was in a bathroom. Haven’t seen anything that looks like it here before. Very small so this was the best pic I could get. Southern California

Please tell me this is a palmetto bug….

I live in an apartment in Georgia, USA. These little buggers just started popping up a few weeks ago once the weather got warm so I’m hoping/thinking it’s a palmetto bug. Please tell me this isn’t a German roach

I sprayed him with alcohol and he died immediately it was glorious, but I can’t deal with German roaches and will cry if he is one

What type of cockroach is this? In my EV

For context, I live in FL and started seeing these cockroaches in my electric vehicle a few weeks ago, mostly started seeing small ones like this and then started seeing bigger ones here and there. I have children, ages 2 and 3, and they eat in the car - which I'm going to put a stop to. I believe this is why I ended up with them. I completely cleaned my car out, stopped driving it, and used Advion gel bait and the little circular gel bait tablet things from Amazon.

Now that three weeks have gone by, and after being out of town last week, I checked the car today and saw one baby cockroach in the very back, but no others. I haven't driven this vehicle at all during this time, which sucks because my other vehicle is a truck and gas prices are awful as everyoke knows. Can anyone tell me what breed this may be? And also what should I do now, now that there seem to be more hatching, and the gel & gel traps haven't completely solved the issue? Unless this is just from eggs left over that are still hatching. I have no idea what to do and don't want to drive this car until they're all gone... I do NOT want to bring any of these into my house. Any help is appreciated!

Help with ID

Finding these in the basement almost daily and now sporadically on some higher floors of the house in the last 2 weeks (2 sightings on upper floors about a week apart from each other - rest all in the basement).

Getting conflicting answers on oriental vs wood roach.

Have a pest control company that comes every 2 months to spray interior and exterior but unsure how effective if these are wood roaches finding their ways inside.

Located NYC suburbs near large park.

Should I be worried???

Two months ago I saw 3 cockroaches in the span of a week in the kitchen. After checking everything and not finding anything I kinda let it go. Now, after weeks I woke up in the middle of the night to seeing another one in my bedroom. I'm pretty sure the one's I saw in the kitchen were either babies or just very small. Either way I'm freaking out. The one in my bedroom ran away and I can't find it anywhere. They look somewhat like on the picture I found online. I did have my window open so I'm hoping it was just one who found its way inside 🥲.
I dont have my own picture but they were more "pointy" in a way, not as rounded in shape. Please help, freaking out!!

Is this a roach? Southeast Asia. Found indoors, only one so far.

Is this a roach? I hit it with bug spray but it seemed pretty resistant. Took a lot longer to die.

My lobster roaches are not eating

Last week I bought some lobster roaches and prepared a place for them in this box five days ago, but to this day I haven't seen a single cockroach even touch the food I put in, which was a container with dog food mixed with chicken feed, which they said is a great food for them. And on top of the egg cartons that I put as shelter for them, I placed pieces of slightly damp collards, and they didn't touch that either. From the first day until now I haven't seen any change in their food, as if it were exactly the same as when I put it. I only see them in the tube where I put water and cotton. Does anyone know what I should do? I also wanted to say that I don't see any roaches between the two egg cartons that I placed one on top of the other, which I also found strange. They only stay underneath and don't go to "the second floor" of them. Is this normal? I also don't know if anyone here does insect farming, but any help is welcome.

Help ID this dude

Virginia, live near woods, it just rained over night, found at top of stairs near a window. I suspect a gap in the window because wasps and bees keep getting in around there. I do not see roaches often so I was surprised to see this big fella. Maybe about 1.5 inch. Any way to identify?

Need help with ID of a roach

Is this a Pennsylvania wood roach or a infestor? Seen a 3 since the rainstorm and I’m worried. I live in the Midwest USA.

what species is this?

Just found this in my living room. I found another roach of similar size a few weeks ago (4-28) and my landlord came out to spray and lay traps. Should I consider breaking my lease? I haven’t seen any sightings since.

edit: chicago IL

German Roach?

Found outside apartment door in the morning. Has some normal roach features but stripped antennae and odd shaped body. Anyone able to verify please? Only thinking German due to size - smaller than a penny.

[SOLVED] Long-horned beetle for anyone else who may misidentify as a roach like my stupid dumb self did.

CAN A COCKROACH FLY IN THROUGH THE WINDOW ON A 33RD FLOOR?

hello. I live in a small studio apartment in NYC. the past few days have been really hot and the ac in my building hasn’t kicked in so I’ve had my windows open (they only open a little bit by law since it’s so high up). I was sitting at my desk a few minutes ago working when I noticed a cockroach (american) the size of of my fist (exaggeration. but it was big, guys) crawling around my desk…. I managed to kill it but now I’m terrified about where it came from and if there are more. because you see the thing is, I lived in the 16th floor of this same building before the pandemic and I had a Big roach problem then, but it started by only finding little ones around where they were nesting (circuit board of the control panel of my dishwasher that I never used). I checked my dishwasher now and couldn’t find anything. so now idk if this is like “just got blown in through the window” thing or if it’s coming somewhere inside the apartment. I wanna d!e lol I hate them so much
