Is this a German cockroach?

I’ve seen what appears to be the same type of cockroach on four separate occasions, in different rooms: once in the bedroom, once near the door, and twice in the kitchen. Each time, it was around 9 p.m.

All the black stuff visible in the photo is just dirt from my footstep. :)
