Is there a way to stop the hire of a new transfer to my team? I made Alonso by mistake a champion and kind of feel bad that he gets replaced by Leclerc next season. Alonso would have at least 1 or 2 more seasons in him.

Is there any big lore about the entire history of Star City from how it got founded, how the focus of the industry maybe changed during the industrialisation, how the division between the Glades and the rest of the city happened, etc.?
