Feel very confused

I just found out my first embryo transfer failed. Some background. I have a 3 year old son who I conceived naturally immediately after getting married and I got diagnosed with secondary unexplained fertility last year when we started trying for a second baby. Found out my AMH was in 0.7-1.5 range. I’m 35 years old this year. We also have some mild MFI relating to morphology but nothing PICSI wouldn’t solve. I had a failed IUI in November 2025 before we decided to move to IVF this year. The procedure was antagonist and on my day 2 baseline, I had zero AFC on both left and right ovaries. On day 10, I had about 8 follicles ranging between 14mm and 23mm and we triggered that night. On day of egg retrieval, only 3 eggs were retrieved and they were immature. They were left overnight to mature and 2 fertilized with only 1 being transferred eventually.
Long story short, I did some home tests on 9dpt/10dpt so, I knew it was negative before I did my hcg beta test yesterday.
Next steps, I don’t know if I want to do another egg retrieval/or jump straight to donor eggs. My husband is fine with whatever decision I make but I don’t know if I have the heart to go through another egg retrieval with a heart breaking result considering the DOR. I know it takes 1 but I really don’t know what to do.
