Hey all, im now 38 but,

when I was a teenager, i had a dream where i woke up, floating above my body. i saw myself laying there sleeping. I floated to my parents room and aisters rokm and i saw them sleeping. I panicked and I got sucked back in my body. I woke up shivvering and sweating like never before. It was scary and still is unknown what it was. if anyone can help clarify, let me know please 🍀🙏
