I’m staying at an SLH hotel in Europe for work and booked through my company’s central travel booking system, which I always use. I’ve never had issues earning Hilton points/status credit at regular Hilton properties when booking this way.

For some reason, this hotel is saying I won’t earn Hilton points because the reservation wasn’t booked directly through Hilton. Hilton customer service told me they can’t help, and the hotel front desk/lobby staff said there’s nothing they can do on their end either.

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and can’t rebook the stay at this point. Has anyone dealt with this before or found a workaround? Thanks!
