Why the shipment has remained in checked-in/receiving status for such an extended period.?

My FBA shipment was delivered to the fulfillment center over one month ago, but it is still stuck in “Checked-in/Receiving” status and the inventory is still not fully available or scanned into inventory.

I contacted Seller Support multiple times, but they keep telling me:

“Currently, we do not offer any investigations from the Fulfillment Center or inbound team, aside from checking products that are already stored at our facility.”

The problem is that the shipment has already been sitting there for over a month and still hasn’t properly moved through receiving.

Did anyone manage to resolve a similar issue before?
Did your inventory eventually get scanned normally, or did you need to escalate somehow?

Any advice would really help. Thanks!

Has anyone experienced an inventory remap issue like this before? 😭

We shipped an FBA shipment under our NEW ASIN (renewal/rebrand version), but Amazon is still showing the inventory under our OLD ASIN.

The issue is:

  • Both ASINs share the same EAN
  • Products are physically the same
  • But the brand names are different due to rebranding

We already contacted Amazon multiple times and requested:

  • inventory remap/reassignment
  • ASIN merge

However, Amazon said the ASINs cannot be merged because they belong to different Brand IDs, even though both brands are owned by us.

Now our inventory keeps getting connected to the old ASIN instead of the new one, and Amazon support keeps giving mixed answers.

Has any seller dealt with this kind of shared EAN / rebrand inventory issue before?Any advice would really help 🙏
