Got a blood glucose monitor put on after a month of low A1C testing... Bruh

Went in for my annual exam a little over a month ago. Fasted A1C was <4.0, so they wanted me to come in for an unfasted draw and was still <4.0. They put a glucose monitor on me just to see if they could see any patterns (they tested A1C here as well and it was 3.8).

Was on my computer last night when I got an alarm of very low blood glucose (<55), and it just kept dropping. Woke up this morning to a 48. Feel normal so IDK what's going on, but after I woke up and started moving around things jumped back up to ~75. The past few days I've been hovering around 75-85 with occasional short lived dips below 70, but this is the first time I've I've had a drastic and consistent low reading.

IDK how to react besides laughing - no clue what could be going on because otherwise I've been feeling normal since I got this thing put on but now it's just causing anxiety lol

12PM EDIT: Well I wasn't paying attention it dipped back under 60 over the past hour sigh gonna get chipotle and see if rice helps
