Salon phone issues

Has anyone had an influx of PP’s claiming they aren’t receiving your calls or voicemails yet multiple salon employees have made said calls and left voicemails? I’m used to one here or there but it’s been pretty consistent the past 2 weeks. I’m wondering if our phones are going silent due to poor connection?
