So I am an ex athlete (27 M) that has fallen off the wagon during and post Covid. Even as an athlete, I struggled with soreness and injuries often, which would delay a lot of progress and make me not want to work out or perform. On top of that there’s a lot of nagging injuries that seem to flare up every time I try to get back on a workout program. I’ve heard BPC-157 is really good for recovery, but I’m interested to know if it’s something to potentially use for my recovery in this scenario because I’d really like to get back to where I was but I know injuries always hold me back.
