!Need rain sounding keyboard recs after AWFUL Womier Customer Support!
1: Don't buy from Womier.
I purchased the SK75 keyboard and the sound is HEAVENLY <3. However, from day one, the wireless never worked. I sucked it up because I was so in love with the keyboard. I reached out to customer service who was no help. Fast forward and now there is one key that is a different color than the rest. Call me crazy, but this is what honestly drives me nuts. I have been emailing regularly with Womier support since January. Freaking January. At one point they called me the wrong name. Twice now they have said they are sending a replacement PCB because "logistically they cant replace the whole keyboard" (I never asked them to, I just need a solution for the wireless and the discolored lighting). I've asked for a tracking number twice. I can't tell you how many times they would just send the same repeat "What is your name and order number" back to back and blame their inability to read an email chain on limited staff.
- I've come to the conclusion that I need to move on and that Womier will never provide real customer support. I need recommendations for a wireless creamy thocky, rain sounding keyboard. Bonus points if you've dealt with customer support that is actually worthwhile. It doesn't have the be a 75% mechanical keyboard.
